JOHN McLEAN P.E., LSSBB:
John McLean is a Professional Engineer with a Bachelors of Science in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M and holds multiple patents. He owned and managed an engineering and product development company for 30 years. Throughout his career, he has led design teams both domestically and internationally, overseeing project budgets exceeding $30 million.
He has extensive experience in designing control systems for large submersible pumps and has developed the hardware and software needed to interface an electronic theodolite with a portable data collector. Additionally, he served as the engineering manager for a design team focused on land rigs, specifically working on drill rigs, diesel generator subsystems, and drilling fluid processing and handling systems.
MARNA MEIER LSSBB:
Marna Meier brings 25 years of technology, operation and project management experience. Her broad technology management experience includes IT, legal processes, transportation software, electronic commerce and from pilot stage to multimillion-dollar commercial products. Her operations leadership process has been credited with increasing topline performance by $80M annually. She is Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, a best-selling published book author. She holds a B.A. from Saint Mary’s Cum Laude.
